Sports-specific acceleration speed, body control, nutritional analysis and guidelines, weekly workout video-taping, performance analysis (training for two days a week for eight weeks)

Elite Package:
(1-2 athletes per session) Sports-specific acceleration speed, body control, strength training, nutritional analysis and guidelines, weekly workout video-taping, performance analysis (training for six days a week for eight weeks)
